All prices is include Swedish VAT (25%).
Transport
Normally, we send you order latest the day after we have receive it to DivePac. If we not have the part in stock, we will send it to you as soon as we receive them. If the waiting time for receiving the backordered products takes longer than usual, we'll send you a message to confirm if you still want the product.
Payment
1. Pay by credit card
2. Pay on delivery: is available in the following countries:
Sweden, Norway, Finland, Denmark, Spain, Portugal, Germany, Italy, France, Belgium, Luxemburg.
3. Bank transfer payments: after receiving your order, we will send you by e-mail the total amount due and our banking details with you will be able to perform the transfer at your bank. You need to get a stamped transfer receipt, and send it to us by fax.
Once we receive the fax (and thus see that you have paid), we will send out the merchandise at once.

Refunds - Guarantees
You have 10 days after the delivery to send the unused product back for a full refund or exchange.
Incase of following situations:
· The product is the wrong size
· The product is faulty or is broken in shipment
· We sent you the wrong product
First of all, contact DivePac to explain the situation, and then we will inform you how to proceed.
DivePac will pay the expenses for the return of the product to us and for sending it back to you.
